1. What types of services does your company provide other than pond and lighting?
A: We wear many hats! Aside from ponds and landscape lighting, our company is geared for all facets of landscape construction and some maintenance. Armour stone placement, interlock walkways, flagstone patio's, holiday lighting, we've done it all. Because many of our water feature installations involve a certain degree of landscape construction, we have been able to become quite diverse over the years. No task is ever out of the question! 2. Are you and your employees Insured?
A: Yes, Clearview Water & Garden Scapes Inc. and all of it's employees are fully insured. For your protection, you should only hire contractors to work on your property that are insured. Proof of insurance is available upon request.

A: Because we are a family owned and operated business, you will deal with us direct. 4. When is the best time of year to do a landscape installation?
A: It is true that fall and spring are generally good times to plant. However, because of reasons beyond anyone's control, i.e. weather, sometimes we are forced to install in the later part of spring and early summer. We try to remain very flexible in order to suit your needs.

5. Is there a charge to come out and look at our property?
A: Because of the different types of tasks and services we provide, some may call for a small service charge. Once we get a better understanding of the type of service you are inquiring about, we will be better able to answer this question.

6. How long will it take to complete a design?
A: Generally, we are able to provide you with your design and quote within 7 to 10 days from the time of consultation. We strive to work efficiently, but we also want to make sure that all facets of the project are carefully planned out.

7. Would you be willing to work outside the Tri-Cities area?
A: We are always looking for new opportunities. Whether or not we can work your design or project will depend on the scope of work and project deadline. Some additional surcharges may apply.
